State-Specific Supplemental Form and Information on Upcoming Training Now Available

State-Specific Supplemental Form (SSSF) Requirements Posted on the MCR FV6 Page of the NMLS Resource Center

One of the improvements made with Mortgage Call Report Form Version 6 (MCR FV6) is to eliminate commercial and consumer lending data fields from mortgage reporting by creating a separate State-Specific Supplemental Form to collect this data. Not all companies will see this form in the MCR due to its state-specific nature, as determined by state agency and license types. We have added the indication of this requirement to the State MCR Requirements Chart on the MCR FV6 page of the NMLS Resource Center.

Click here to view the chart listing the requirements by state and license type or see the MCR FV6 page of the NMLS Resource Center.
